We are looking for Data Analyst with a data science background. Ideally, you will have a keen eye for data analysis and know what to do with that analysis, like building out propensity models, quality verification reporting and developing tools that predict purchasing habits of different audience groups, based on data analysis. Your role will provide unparalleled support to our Accounts and Lotteries team. You’ll be busy watching data flow and making sense of it for others.



  • Implement analytic program and provide recommendations for proper analytical methodologies and execute accordingly
  • Develop measurement plans and execute analysis based on requirements within the plan 
  • Turn data into insightful findings and provide solid business recommendations 
  • Design, build and automate analyses, reports, dashboards, and other deliverables
  • Define, implement, and validate tracking tags/codes across multiple digital platforms
  • Utilize data mining techniques and queries to gather business intelligence 
  • Leverage a variety of tools to deliver rapid-response data mining and insights, while also working on large, multifaceted analysis 
  • Design, develop and implement performance metrics and tracking processes to measure the effectiveness of the predictive modelling efforts 


You’ll have an undergrad in Data Science, with 3-5 years of mid-level experience. You’ll also be an organized go-getter, have the ability to work and think independently, have a keen attention to detail, and be flexible and able to work outside of regular business hours on occasion if required. 




  • Advanced working knowledge of data analytics platforms (Tableau, Python, R, Sas, etc.)
  • Self-starter with 3-5 years of analytic experience in an Agency or Marketing environment a plus 
  • Experience in Digital Analytics (Web, Online Advertising, Search, Social) 
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of identifying significance 
  • Clear & concise oral and written communication.
  • Must be able to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously 
  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or Marketing preferred 
  • Highly accountable self-starter with the ability to work well within a group, as well as independently
